BEWARE BEWARE Avoid this company! The book I received was in very poor condition, not at all as described. When I wrote to them asking to exchange for a better copy they wrote back saying they had refunded my order. However I never received a refund. When I contacted them, always the same reply « order refunded » but not a penny had been refunded in my bank account. I wonder if they say that hoping people don’t actually check their accounts. That way they have sent a book in bad condition and then pretended to refund when they actually haven’t. Really unhappy with the experience!

Do not order from this company I ordered a book which has got lost in the post with no tracking information. There’s nothing I can do to chase the order. Greener books are refusing to replace or refund (it’s now been 10 days) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Great customer service. This company has excellent customer service. I ordered a book which had stains inside it even though it was described as being in good condition. I let them know and sent photos, and they immediately refunded me in full. There was no hassle. They normally send books in the condition they describe, but this on somehow was missed, but they immediatly rectified it. Thank you Greener Books!

TERRIBLE The book was described as good condition, never. It looked as though it had been picked up at a car boot sale, a charity shop would have probably sent it for recycling. It was a children's book and was bent, grubby and with a tea stain on it. Be very careful, you could be lucky if you are looking for a specialist book. The title 'Greenerbooks' gives the indication that you may be supporting the environment.
