DO NOT BUY FROM GREENER BOOKS!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GREENER BOOKS!!!!!!! Ordered a book from Greener Books Ltd through ABE Books. Not delivered. No response to my complaint. Seems to be standard practice for them reading emails below. In process of reporting to relevant authorities.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. My book was delayed being delivered - but this was due to Post Office strikes, not the fault of this company. Immediate, professional responses. Book in excellent condition. I'm really surprised at some of the reviews, as I consider this some of the best customer service I've had in a long time - it's getting rarer than hens' teeth! Would happily use & recommend Greener Books.

BEWARE BEWARE Avoid this company! The book I received was in very poor condition, not at all as described. When I wrote to them asking to exchange for a better copy they wrote back saying they had refunded my order. However I never received a refund. When I contacted them, always the same reply « order refunded » but not a penny had been refunded in my bank account. I wonder if they say that hoping people don’t actually check their accounts. That way they have sent a book in bad condition and then pretended to refund when they actually haven’t. Really unhappy with the experience!

Book not delivered Ordered a book from this company, which still hadn't arrived three weeks later. Company promised to dispatch a replacement, which a further three weeks later also hadn't arrived. They did not give tracking information for either book. When I enquired again, I was told that they did "not have another copy to send" - it's not clear that they ever had the book they were claiming to be able to sell. The fact that I had to explicitly chase them for a refund speaks poorly of them.

The worst experience ever The worst experience ever I have ordered a dictionary for my daughter, I didn’t receive it and when emailed them I got a reply saying this order didn’t placed through our system and when sent the confirmation email they reply later we refunded you but I didn’t get anything into my bank account It ended up by ignoring my email. I am really disappointed.
