Extremely impressed - excellent service Just received a pre-owned book from this great company. It arrived promptly and was in better condition than I expected. Considering it was a large and heavy book - and was very reasonably priced - I really don’t know how they can supply them post free. Extremely impressed, and will definitely use again.

Unimpressive Ordered an out of print book from this company. It did not arrive after a reasonable time. Was told a replacement would be sent immediately. Also did not arrive. Although I have been given a refund, I shall be avoiding them in future. One book not arriving is understandable, the second time it makes you wonder if the book was ever posted or even if n stock.

Book did not arrive Book did not arrive. Supposedly shipped but no tracking information sent and now a month since ordering. Unless it’s coming from the moon, my guesses are that it wasn’t shipped in the first place. Where do all of these lost books end up? Raised a refund request with Abe Books, company did respond promptly and issued a refund but money not visible on my account - yet....

Book in beyond shocking condition. Book was described as “used”, some wear and tear was expected. This book was scribbled in, sentences underlined and in general shocking condition. It was all done with a pen, so not even the option to erase someone else’s thoughts about the book. UNREADABLE, how dare they even ask for money. Had they mentioned its condition I would have had a choice. If only there was a minus star option; avoid these people at all cost!

Very annoyed First time of using Greener Books and it will be the last, Ordered my book on 21 December 2023 and I am still waiting for it to arrive and its now 13th January 2024. I am very angry. Suggest anyone ordering books should avoid this Company.
