Don’t Get Ripped Off! Ordered 2 books only received 1 right before classes started. This company is so disorganized that first they claimed that there was no tracking number even though I received the tracking information. Now after being asked to wait a couple more days, I contacted them again and now they discovered that there was a tracking number. That does not account for the fact that they NEVER sent 1 of the books from the order. Do NOT order from this place unless you want to lose your money!

Terrible!! Terrible!!! I ordered set of textbooks. It was delivered on time but PREVIOUS edition instead of advertised. Send multiple e-mails and called them without getting any response. I ordered books from different places but have never had with kind of experience. As I understand fraud is something normal for this company.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Purchased a book and received an International Version. Their BS site says they will provide return shipping for mistakes but had to pay out of my own pocket. The book was received by these clowns and I was told twice that I would be refunded and still nothing! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS! I will be paying them a visit when I visit San Jose early next year to personally recoup my refund and give them a taste of their own medicine... See you soon Justin K!

"For Sale in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan ONLY." Purchased a textbook for use in the U.S. The cover of the book we received says "For Sale in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan ONLY." It is clearly not the book we need. Altobooks would only issue a refund if I paid for return shipping. If Altobooks reverses their position and pays for return shipping, I will update this review.
