INI feel price is high I feel price is high. My experience otherwise has been good. Though there are sometimes issues when switching from sonos to a browser, and vice versa, need to re-authorise sonos, which is an unneeded step I feel. Also I’m not aware how frequently new music gets updated (weekly, monthly, so on) so clarity on that would be appreciated.

GBGreat music service! It is great to have licensed music that you can customize anyway you like. The system is easy to use! If you have questions, someone is always available to help. I like being able to set up a mix of music stations so there is variety all day long.

GBI will give 5-star for their… I will give 5-star for their exceptional music service and customer care. I am used Cloudbox and hooked it to AV receiver in my retail stores. Music/Songs are playing all throught the day. I can select and remove the songs that I dont like and I Can create custom playlist as per mood(relax, happy, party, morning, night etc). I will recommend it to everyone.

GBDont buy. New customer received CLoudbox it… New customer received CLoudbox it worked for a few days I chatted with support which took 45 minutes to begin conversation to verify audio did not work. Agent did not send replacement box and put on hold for shipment and I returned old one? Luckily I followed up a week later to find new one hadn't shipped for grand opening. Canceled it. Dont waste the hundred just stream off an old device.
