We have used Tradshowdirect multiple… We have used Tradshowdirect multiple times over the years for both modern and traditional table covers with our branding, and they turn out wonderful! The only reason we have needed to purchase new ones is because we did a rebrand or needed more. They are always quick to respond via email with any questions you might have, including quotes, and we always receive our product in a timely manner. I highly recommend Tradeshowdirect!

Great company to work with Great company to work with. We had a shipping problem and our items arrived damaged (not their fault) and they were very helpful in rushing out the replacement parts we needed in time for our show while simultaneously filing a shipping claim. They made sure we had what we needed so we can go forward with our show -with great, friendly communication.

Everything went great I guess the one… Everything went great I guess the one thing we had a challenge with was the template to submit the art work had changed from our initial email sent to us so we had to take the art work and resize it to the new template. Also we didn't receive the specs on the best resolution for the backdrop until we submitted the art and it was rejected. At least they caught this before it was printed but these small details would have been great to know as we looked for stock photos online.

Good support. After attempting to set up and then attending a tradeshow with the backdrop working we eventually figured out how to properly piece together. Unfortunate that the instructions were not the most intuitive, and the set up time is longer than past backsrops, but overall the design and quality is very good. After talking with tradeshowdirect support I would buy from here again, but pay more attention to assembly requirements and instructions. They were very helpful in supporting us.
