Good support. After attempting to set up and then attending a tradeshow with the backdrop working we eventually figured out how to properly piece together. Unfortunate that the instructions were not the most intuitive, and the set up time is longer than past backsrops, but overall the design and quality is very good. After talking with tradeshowdirect support I would buy from here again, but pay more attention to assembly requirements and instructions. They were very helpful in supporting us.

Quality of their physical product is… Quality of their physical product is very good. Light yet sturdy, nicely engineered, efficient design, ready to setup and take down. Also their creative design team is superb and can turn ideas into very nice, professional branding imagery for the booth.

We had a shipping problem and our items arrived damaged (not their fault) and they were very helpful in rushing out the replacement parts we needed in time for our show while simultaneously filing a shipping claim. They made sure we had what we needed so we can go forward with our show -with great, friendly communication.

Original item needed was discontinued… Original item needed was discontinued by the manufacturer but was still listed on the website. I was called the same day and offered another solution. Service was wonderful - review would be 5 stars if the website was kept up-to-date.
