Good support. After attempting to set up and then attending a tradeshow with the backdrop working we eventually figured out how to properly piece together. Unfortunate that the instructions were not the most intuitive, and the set up time is longer than past backsrops, but overall the design and quality is very good. After talking with tradeshowdirect support I would buy from here again, but pay more attention to assembly requirements and instructions. They were very helpful in supporting us.

Easy ordering, Spectacular Customer Support, High Quality Custom Product Sarah helped us design a custom counter/showcase for our trade show booth, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We needed a custom solution that was not pictured on the Tradeshow Direct website, but Sarah made it easy to customize a product to meet our needs. Her insights were helpful throughout the design process, and she always provided a timely response to any questions we had. Despite the fact that we were working on a short timeline, Tradeshow Direct designed, built, and shipped our countertop in plenty of time for our upcoming show.
