Simple and easy This beats any other answering service out there. I haven’t had any difficulty using LiveAnswer because they’ve made their whole system so easy to use, even for someone like me that’s not tech-savvy!

The best call answering service! I own a small scale business, which was started just two months back. I did not have the ability to hire a receptionist to answer all the calls because of the financial difficulties. That’s why I signed up with LiveAnswer. LiveAnswer has given us amazing service and helped me to make my life a lot easier. They did a wonderful job by handling all the calls in a professionally, without harming our brand. The best thing about their service is how user friendly it is. Customers loved their helpfulness. It is better to use LiveAnswer for calls, than spending money on a receptionist!

Great answering service that allows you to control how your calls are answered Once I found the I was up and running in minutes. I love how I control everything myself- no need to work with an annoying account manager. Changing scripts is so simple. Great company- much better than my last answering service.

Awesome service This is really awesome. They work effectively through out the whole 24 hours of the day, and the 7 days of the week. Whenever i ask for their service , there is always an agent ready to look into me and provide my service. And i just love the options they provide us with how to interact with the other end, they have infinitely many possibilities for that, which is in fact great. Our messages can be sent anywhere around the world in real time. Really awesome.

Easy to use call center We used Useful Tools for a weekend sales event we had at our boat shop. We sent out a bunch of mail pieces to folks around town and each of the pieces had a number on it for people to call. We weren't sure how many of them would call, so we worked with Useful Tools to have their people answer the calls and take appointments and such. We had quite a turnout. And we asked all of the people that showed up for their appointment how they liked the people on the phone and every one of them said they was friendly and helpful. I think we'll likely give them another shot.
