GBWill No Longer Use Transcribe Services I have used Transcribe.com in the past and needed to scrutinize the transcriptions for multiple errors. Recently, I submitted recordings to Transcribe.com, paid for the service and then Transcribe responded that they would not transcribe them. Upon their direction, I submitted an inquiry as to why my recordings were not transcribed. No answer! I did get a full refund. This gave me the opportunity to research and locate a different transcription service that provided transcriptions in less than 24 hours with at least 98% accuracy. Sorry, but I will no longer use Transcribe.com.

GBGood verbatim, but.. My transcript was later than expected. In the future I would like to see the option to send in non-English audio or video for English translation/transcript. Thanks!

GBI just wanted to communicate my… I just wanted to communicate my disappointment in the Transcript app. I uploaded an interview I did with a client and it returned with hundreds of errors and a handful of profane words. This gentleman has probably never uttered a bad word in his life, yet his transcription made him sound like a filthy, inebriated sports fan. I will delete the app from my phone and warn people against using Transcribe for their projects. I encourage Transcribe to enhance their AI and provide customers with a better user experience.

GBUnreliable - Late Almost every order I placed with them was late - and they would give me some weak excuse. If you offer 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, etc. service, then you should have the work done in that time frame. An email telling me you're going to be late does me no good. I tried these guys, but couldn't count on them to come thru with what they promised to deliver.
