Orders contain file numbers but it's meaningless to customers. It would help if you included customer-given file names or notes in the order summary or email notice. Thx.

I just wanted to communicate my… I just wanted to communicate my disappointment in the Transcript app. I uploaded an interview I did with a client and it returned with hundreds of errors and a handful of profane words. This gentleman has probably never uttered a bad word in his life, yet his transcription made him sound like a filthy, inebriated sports fan. I will delete the app from my phone and warn people against using Transcribe for their projects. I encourage Transcribe to enhance their AI and provide customers with a better user experience.
