REALLY?!!?!? Please tell me you believe that's good for our country.. Your profit margins are more important than how it's actually affecting truckers and their rates. Very bad board Very bad board, they closed our account with out any prior notice and refused to disclose any reasons as to why, they did not refund the money and we have been using there board since 2019. Very disappointed in there service.

My issue has been resolved. I signed up for their trial service, used it for 1 week and decided didn't want to use it since it was not what they promised. After that billed me 300$ and I called them right away and explained that I made a mistake and didn't to intend to use their service. They refused refund right away. We finally solved this issue, thanks for cooperation, refund was provided.

Horible software to use. Their agent blocked our account we have been using for years, no security issues and our agent name is in their system she decided there is a security risk and they are working to see can we use the account or not. We have paid them for this very horrible service and not to mention their constant site breaks where we are not allowed to access it at all. As of today we are switching to Truckstop.com and i suggest all carriers out there to do the same.
