GBWorking with InfoTouch has been a good… Working with InfoTouch has been a good experience. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their Tech Support isn't always available the exact moment you need help. With doing a lot of weekend hours with the POS machines, getting in touch with someone during that time is not very convenient, especially when you have customers waiting. Other than that, great company to do business with!

GBBad technical support We was working with this software for more than 1 year and technical support is so slowly to attend your problem. You must first send an email and then they will contact you. They don't work on weekends so if you have a problem you have to have a plan B. In my case this weekend was large for the labor day I started with the "license problem" on 1th September and it's almost 10 am on the third day of September and nobody help me yet. I just received an apologize. Just imagine you can't open your store for 2 days just because you got a license error.......and you don't owe nothing.

GBThe service representatives I deal with… The service representatives I deal with whenever I call are polite, patient and always have a solution. They call back when they say they will. Technicians walk with me through my concerns and are knowledgeable and listen thoroughly.

GBIts funny using this system for about 2… Its funny using this system for about 2 years. Anytime I need help tryng to get a hold of a live person is non existent, and if so they switch you over to a rabbit hole to someone who never answers. They always say sorry wrong dept will switch you over lol. I had to renew My license and followed the instructions on the screen to call and advisor for a code. No one there. Shortly after I did get an email with the code and seems to be ok for now. I emailed back to thank them , the repy was dont respond to us here . If you are used to awesome customer service stay away from this platform.
