I haven't been with infotouch on a one… I haven't been with infotouch on a one to one basis for long only about a year,(we had gone thru a second party for about 8 years) but Alden has been most helpful and is always quick to respond to my questions and I really appreciate that in a service. Here's to many more years together.

Overall my experience with Infotouch… Overall my experience with Infotouch has been positive. The team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are quick to respond to issues and actively listen to concerns. The system has helped streamline our transactions. Transactions have been streamlined compared to our previous system.

Out of State Set Up We had a very supportive team helping us set up the system. They responded to issues speedily and with professionalism. Considering that everything had to be done over the phone, they did an excellent job overcoming the geographic challenges. They would have had five stars except for the hours of availability: Theirs's is not a 24 hours support line. So any crisis that occurred outside of office hours did not receive their attention until the next business day. Otherwise, they were a great team, always very friendly and encouraging and I would definitely recommend them.

Bad technical support We was working with this software for more than 1 year and technical support is so slowly to attend your problem. You must first send an email and then they will contact you. They don't work on weekends so if you have a problem you have to have a plan B. In my case this weekend was large for the labor day I started with the "license problem" on 1th September and it's almost 10 am on the third day of September and nobody help me yet. I just received an apologize. Just imagine you can't open your store for 2 days just because you got a license error.......and you don't owe nothing.
