GBEnjoyed the free listing and free marketing tools I listed my home on Fizber for free. The marketing tools are amazing. Better than other for sale by owner sites I have visited. I had questions about how to share the marketing tools that they provide and they were very responsive. The negative comments below are all 3+ years old. I wanted to give a new perspective because I think a lot has changed with the site since the negative comments below were made.

GBContact Lynn Chapman at Fizber.com for all your property listing needs! Lynn Chapman at Fizber.com assisted me with many facets of my home selling process. Her top notch professionalism was surpassed only by her amazing personality, and caring nature toward helping me get my property onto the MLS. She made the process effortless. She was very attentive and helpful every step of the way, from listing to closing! I would recommend anyone seeking help on selling or listing their property to contact Lynn Chapman at Fizber.com !

GBMy house was listed on zillow for 2 … My house was listed on zillow for 2 weeks, then I added fizber and got an offer in 2 days. Being on the MLS is critical - most real estate agents who cannot locate a property on the MLS tell their clients that the house is "no longer available". This is true even if the potential buyer sees a house they like on zillow and sends the link to their agent!

GBDon't waste your time. I'm not surprised this business isn't BBB accredited. I should have done my due diligence first. There are plenty of other services out there, I'd advise you look elsewhere for free FSBO services. They nagged me every week to sign up for the MLS service and asked me how the selling was going when I told them, they said and I quote: "Due to your displeasure with us your Redfin and Fizber free FSBO listing has been deleted". Hahaha, I mean how juvenile can a company be and still remain in business?

GBWay to GO FSBO In November of 2014, decided to sell my home by owner. Started to look online for any help when ran across Fizber.com. Sign up was simple, having already making a home BIO for flyers. Within a couple of weeks there was plenty of traffic with email and phone calls. By April home was sold with a pre qualified buyer, closing the in early May. Savings was enjoyed by both the seller and buyer, saving thousands of dollars each by taking care of the paperwork and leg work ourselves. If were to sell a home again, would definitely look at using Fizber and FSBO again!
