customer service SUCKS after almost two weeks of contacting fizber.com customer service, i've yet to receive a response. they are unable or unwilling to delete or correct property listings that have copy i didn't write and price that is several months old. on one call customer service actually hung up on me! legal action against this company is now pending. they have negatively impacted my ability to sell my property by publishing incorrect & outdated info.

Unnecessary middleman for MLS listing Yes, Fiber did get me into the MLS which has been crucial to selling my home since agents won't bring clients unless you're in the MLS and willing to pay at least a buyers agent fee. My gripe is that Fizber just contacted another company in Florida who had that ability even though I'm in NC) and marked up what that company charged. All I needed was the MLS listing and Fizber provided no added value.

Enjoyed the free listing and free marketing tools I listed my home on Fizber for free. The marketing tools are amazing. Better than other for sale by owner sites I have visited. I had questions about how to share the marketing tools that they provide and they were very responsive. The negative comments below are all 3+ years old. I wanted to give a new perspective because I think a lot has changed with the site since the negative comments below were made.

My house was listed on zillow for 2 … My house was listed on zillow for 2 weeks, then I added fizber and got an offer in 2 days. Being on the MLS is critical - most real estate agents who cannot locate a property on the MLS tell their clients that the house is "no longer available". This is true even if the potential buyer sees a house they like on zillow and sends the link to their agent!

Way to GO FSBO In November of 2014, decided to sell my home by owner. Started to look online for any help when ran across Fizber.com. Sign up was simple, having already making a home BIO for flyers. Within a couple of weeks there was plenty of traffic with email and phone calls. By April home was sold with a pre qualified buyer, closing the in early May. Savings was enjoyed by both the seller and buyer, saving thousands of dollars each by taking care of the paperwork and leg work ourselves. If were to sell a home again, would definitely look at using Fizber and FSBO again!
