GBEnjoyed the free listing and free marketing tools I listed my home on Fizber for free. The marketing tools are amazing. Better than other for sale by owner sites I have visited. I had questions about how to share the marketing tools that they provide and they were very responsive. The negative comments below are all 3+ years old. I wanted to give a new perspective because I think a lot has changed with the site since the negative comments below were made.

GBFIZBER.COM Besy Website to Help Homeowners achive RESULTS We HIGHLY recommend Fizber.Com to anyone trying to realize the most exposure in this highly competitive Real Estate markets. We listed our High End Ranch Property in Colo. Not only did they quickly list our property on all the sites they said. When a problem arose they went out of their way to fix issues. The professionalism displayed and given, more than outweighs the small glitch we had. If you have any questions about listing with Fizber.Com Rest assured your hopes and needs will be MORE than realized. We like to single out Zack our Customer Service Representative as a true asset to the Fizber Organization. He and others at Fizber continue to support our efforts. Regards Jay G. GBWatch Out After uplaoding our FSBO home info to Fizber, the uploaded my information to 8 of their "partner sites". However, those sites said my home was for sale by various realtors in other states. When I contacted Fizber about it, they did not take responsibility or fix the problem, but said it was a one time technical error. Yet, it continued. I finally cancelled my account, and vowed to let other consumers know that they are a shady company.

GBMy house was listed on zillow for 2 … My house was listed on zillow for 2 weeks, then I added fizber and got an offer in 2 days. Being on the MLS is critical - most real estate agents who cannot locate a property on the MLS tell their clients that the house is "no longer available". This is true even if the potential buyer sees a house they like on zillow and sends the link to their agent!

GBWay to GO FSBO In November of 2014, decided to sell my home by owner. Started to look online for any help when ran across Fizber.com. Sign up was simple, having already making a home BIO for flyers. Within a couple of weeks there was plenty of traffic with email and phone calls. By April home was sold with a pre qualified buyer, closing the in early May. Savings was enjoyed by both the seller and buyer, saving thousands of dollars each by taking care of the paperwork and leg work ourselves. If were to sell a home again, would definitely look at using Fizber and FSBO again!
