GBIf you are so thinned-skin you … Fizber.com should change it's name to Crybaby.com... If you are so thinned-skin you shouldn't ask for feed-back. Obviously, a web-site as great as your self-proclaimed tracks and counts hits on listings (or should). There is a difference with "unhappy" and "unimpressed" I understand tat my exposure is free, and I clearly understand the hurtles of raw land sales and acquisition vs. homes, dwellings, and business properties. However, not everything is always the buyers fault as you seem to defensively counter. The review and remarks I left are truthful and factual. I think you would take this feedback and use it to improve your site instead of arguing about it's hyped success by your own PR and advertising department. Face it, with so many sites out there some are just not ready for prime time, and are only a legend in their mind.... Ralph

GBHighly Recommend Fizber For Sale by Owner I wanted to totally avoid the commission cost for selling a house. Fizber was an excellent chose to get the house listed on Fizber, Zillow, and Trulia. The buyer inquired about the house on Fizber. I called them, scheduled a tour and they made an offer on the house within one day. No real estate agent was used by the owner or the buyer. I retained a real estate attorney to handle the legal paperwork for very little cost compared to paying large commissions. I highly recommend Fizber if you want to sell a house as a For Sale of Owner and avoid the commission cost.

GBThe representatives at Fizber… The representatives at Fizber purposefully posted an MLS listing without my consent and charged me $270. When I called, they refused a refund. Even with them posting without my acknowledgement, I called to have it taken down within 1 hour of the listing. They took it off the MLS but refused to refund me any money. I called Richard several times a day for over 2 weeks with not 1 single returned phone call after the posting. Do not ever use Fizber. They are unethical. Also, they tried scamming me out of several other illegitimate products. Trust me, stay away!

GBcustomer service SUCKS after almost two weeks of contacting fizber.com customer service, i've yet to receive a response. they are unable or unwilling to delete or correct property listings that have copy i didn't write and price that is several months old. on one call customer service actually hung up on me! legal action against this company is now pending. they have negatively impacted my ability to sell my property by publishing incorrect & outdated info.

GBI went to Fizber so as to get a MLS… I went to Fizber so as to get a MLS listing. The listing agent (USrealty Brokerage Solutions) was outside of my state of Nebraska. The listing agent put a comment in the agent's remark section that said, if USrealty Brokerage Solutions must write commission check 1 month delay required. This comment discouraged local agents from showing my home. When I asked Fizber to help me with a solution I was told that it was out of their control, zero help! In a 9 month time period this house never received an offer and was taken off the market. I can NOT recommend this company
