The representatives at Fizber… The representatives at Fizber purposefully posted an MLS listing without my consent and charged me $270. When I called, they refused a refund. Even with them posting without my acknowledgement, I called to have it taken down within 1 hour of the listing. They took it off the MLS but refused to refund me any money. I called Richard several times a day for over 2 weeks with not 1 single returned phone call after the posting. Do not ever use Fizber. They are unethical. Also, they tried scamming me out of several other illegitimate products. Trust me, stay away!

Fantastic Rental Help for Landlords I am a female landlord in Los Angeles, & was having trouble finding an interested, qualified tenant for my duplex. I heard from a colleague that you could go on the internet & do a DIY MLS listing with some help from a broker so that is exactly what I did. I found various companies that offered the service, but I chose Fizber because of the great personal service of their staff, especially Lynn & Marilyn. After filling out the paperwork & attaching photos, my MLS listing was up & running. Immediately, I received many inquiries on the property. One of these leads turned out to be now my future tenants; I even had to turn people away. I will definitely use this service for any future rentals.

Great For Sale By Owner Website! I looked around at several for sale by owner websites and thought I would give Fizber a try. I listed on Fizber and they put my property on several real estate websites. It was very simple and Fizber customer service was great to work with. Within a few weeks we had several interested buyers and received a great offer. Both parties are going to save a bunch of money!! I recommend Fizber to anyone trying to sell their home without an agent!

Don't waste your time. I'm not surprised this business isn't BBB accredited. I should have done my due diligence first. There are plenty of other services out there, I'd advise you look elsewhere for free FSBO services. They nagged me every week to sign up for the MLS service and asked me how the selling was going when I told them, they said and I quote: "Due to your displeasure with us your Redfin and Fizber free FSBO listing has been deleted". Hahaha, I mean how juvenile can a company be and still remain in business?
