had a great service from Robert Price… had a great service from Robert Price of verifone.com received my new terminal and it works great , would highly recommend , would go on to say much better service than my previous terminal supplier who supplied me with a terminal that was out of date and kept failing.

Very unhelpful sounding customer service Had the same problems on two credit card terminals for more than 6months. One was fixed, one had to be replaced after so many phone calls. Spoke to two of the technical support members regarding this today. Both of them did not sound like they couldn't be bothered. Hope I don't need to speak to them again.

Don't waste your money! Ive used this took before and after photos. This is a scam nothing changed. This product doesn't work don't buy it wasted money time and hopes on it . wow and it dent have English instructions on container. When we make products in US we put other languages on containers. Wasted money and time seen Zero results!!

Beware of companies who use Verifone Local cinema use this pointless payment processor. Bought tickets and at the end it said “payment cancelled”. Only after I went through the process again did I receive my tickets. Checked my account- money has been taken twice. Contacted Verifone who did not even acknowledged my email. Waiting in a long Q at my bank now, hoping they can get my money returned.
