Got a refund I was overcharged, but after submitting a complaint they refunded my money, so I am happy about that. The app still has unnecessary intrusive ads and is not that pleasant to use.

I like using my phone I usually enjoy using my phone instead of having to have coins to use the washer and dryer. This time I was a little upset because when I went to use one of the washers it made me pay twice in order to use it. I didn't understand why that happened. There's always only two washers out of three working. But like I said, I do appreciate being able to use my phone instead of always having to have changed to use the washer and dryer.

This is over the cost of the senior independent living. But not sure where else! Moreover, when you call support if the machine is stuck with your payment; the option is to put it on hold and go get the change.
