GBUnethical, unresponsive, unprofessional … My community switched commercial machines and our old Pay Range app didn’t work. We were instructed to email support at pay range for any over payment and they would send a refund. After months, they replied a check was in the mail. They never sent a refund for 17.25 and have kept over payment from several of my neighbors as well. They will not respond to calls or emails. Small amounts of money but it adds up when tip off many. Do not use this company!!!

GBI like using my phone I usually enjoy using my phone instead of having to have coins to use the washer and dryer. This time I was a little upset because when I went to use one of the washers it made me pay twice in order to use it. I didn't understand why that happened. There's always only two washers out of three working. But like I said, I do appreciate being able to use my phone instead of always having to have changed to use the washer and dryer.

GBThese people are rip off city These people are rip off city. I lost $20 in their machines, contacted them 6 times, reported them to the better business bureau and they didn't even respond to them. Hopefully businesses will stop using this despicable company

GBI downloaded for pay… On my app that I downloaded for Pay range. It says buy now pay later since Im a loyal customer I have tried everything to get this feature. I've e-mailed Pay range many times to get the same response which does not help me at all either it's false advertisement for them to post that in the app. or they just don't care about their customers or it's both either way that is not how you treat your loyal customers !!

GBNot reliable The app timer and the machines do not seem to be in sync, sometimes it's off by 7 to 8 minutes. To the point that when I start the washers I'm setting my own timer on my cell phone because I cannot rely on the time that I'm getting from the app.
