Very convenient I appreciate being able to do my laundry without getting change. It is really convenient and saves a lot of trouble. I do not typically carry cash so getting change is a hassle. The service is responsive and has worked without issue every time I've used it.

Broken Washing Machines I'm suggesting that Pangea's Maintenance needs to fix washing machines and dryers on a regular basis. I went to wash my clothes & washing machine #1 & #2 needs repairing. And I thought that Pay Range refunds your amount lost from the machines. They could have refunded the money back from your credit or debit card. They need to repair all dryers and washing machines.

It overcharges For a transaction fee… It overcharges For a transaction fee for instance an actual load charge is $1.75 but the pay range will take 2.0 - 2.25 which means 77.77 -87% percent of the cost. This is over the cost of the senior independent living. But not sure where else! Moreover, when you call support if the machine is stuck with your payment; the option is to put it on hold and go get the change.
