Good price for online basket order - The order was delivered on time with free shipping. The price of the gift was cheaper than on comparable sites. The contents were okay per recipients, but they found a few of the items a bit weird and not tasty. Overall the contents were okay, as good as you can do by mail order apparently. If you get a basket that is not included in the category for the current holiday you will get a better deal. For example get a spring tower for Easter instead of a basket designated specifically for Easter. The difference is not discernible.

Item was really cheap looking Item was really cheap looking, looked nothing like what I ordered. Was supposed to be roses and orchids but got carnations and daisies. Not in a cite box but a vase. Also delivered to the wrong address. Big disappointment!!!!

Complete Failure Ordered on Monday Feb 19. Paid extra for Thursday delivery. It’s now Friday has not arrived. Tried calling and they close at 2pm on Fridays. What else but 1 star? Do not order from this company. Must be a mom and pop operation. Need my 111 dollars returned. Find another company to send a condolence gift for a death in family. These people FAILED.

They delivered a cheap bottle of wine… They delivered a cheap bottle of wine instead of the upgrade that I paid for. Then, I look bad for sending that person a cheap bottle of wine. When I called to complain, they did not try to make things right, they only offered me a refund for the difference in price of the more expensive wine, and they did not acknowledge the mistake that it was not about the difference in price but rather that the person receiving the cheap wine did not feel important, which is the point of the gift. They were not pleasant or corteous on the phone either.

Buyers Beware I received this basket as an Aniversary/Valentine’s Day gift and THEY SENT THE WRONG BASKET! To make matters worse, they sent a basket with HALF OF THE FOODS IM ALLERGIC TO! Oh and the cute note he sent was printed on the invoice which was on the outside of box where you cut to open, so the note got all ripped up. This company is a joke and I would never order from them after receiving a gift like this. My boyfriend was extremely upset since we are long distance and had a hard time getting in contact with the company to get a refund because they messed up completely. If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would! BUYERS BEWARE
