Very poor service Very poor service. I selected a delivery date on purchasing. They switched it, without notice, to a week later. Then just denied it via their "customer service" chat. Also BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the real reviews on Amazon before I trusted them wit $130.

Buyers Beware I received this basket as an Aniversary/Valentine’s Day gift and THEY SENT THE WRONG BASKET! To make matters worse, they sent a basket with HALF OF THE FOODS IM ALLERGIC TO! Oh and the cute note he sent was printed on the invoice which was on the outside of box where you cut to open, so the note got all ripped up. This company is a joke and I would never order from them after receiving a gift like this. My boyfriend was extremely upset since we are long distance and had a hard time getting in contact with the company to get a refund because they messed up completely. If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would! BUYERS BEWARE

The service was amazing.. The service was amazing... the timing was impecable.... couldn't ask for a better experience... sales staff was amazing... very kind, understanding, and helpful. Good price for online basket order - The order was delivered on time with free shipping. The price of the gift was cheaper than on comparable sites. The contents were okay per recipients, but they found a few of the items a bit weird and not tasty. Overall the contents were okay, as good as you can do by mail order apparently. If you get a basket that is not included in the category for the current holiday you will get a better deal. For example get a spring tower for Easter instead of a basket designated specifically for Easter. The difference is not discernible.

Purim Baskets / Mishloach Manot I sent several baskets for Purim with Broadway Basketeers - one to Lakewood and the rest out of state (3 other states). They were delivered timely and received with rave reviews. BTW, I’m from Florida - found this company online. Will totally recommend and use them again. RNE
