GBNo response to my messages I have phoned several times as well as emailed and texted in response to your email about several of my items being out of stock. I placed my order 15 days ago. I understand delayed shipping - I'm not in a hurry to receive my order, but it would be helpful if you would respond to my communication that YOU requested.

GBI order a bed and after you charged me… I order a bed and after you charged me I never heard from you until I contacted you asking about my order. I never got an answer until I got a refund without explaining why. Item is not available, sold out,will be available later or what????

GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. I ordered a collar for my dogs birthday back in October. I did not receive it until January!! Not only was it late but they sent the wrong collar…and whats more I have tried multiple times to locate the company via telephone/text/email and Instagram and i have not gotten a response anywhere!!!! This is beyond unacceptable. I will be reaching out to my bank.

The quality of the clothes they carry are always top of the line. I have shopped at Bark Fifth Avenue for years and never have a bad experience.
