GBTerrible experience as a business… Terrible experience as a business owner. We were only with Elavon for 14 months. We switched thinking it would be an upgrade from prior merchant service company however it was a bad move and had to switch again. Money was lost/missing. "Approved" transactions were not reaching account. Our accountant and business manager were baffled. Ultimately the problem was identified as being with Elevon card processing and it took MONTHS to get it resolved and they were non-responsive at multiple levels of the company.

GBElavon will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I would give negative 14,000 stars if I could. This is the amount that Elavon is withholding after closing our account over a year ago. Despite dozens of phone conversations, we've received nothing but false promises. Elavon's actions are more than immoral, they're criminal. Do NOT consider working with this company!!

GBIf I could give zero stars I would ~… If I could give zero stars I would ~ what a miserable company. Been through 4 customer service reps since I started there as they must have all quit. No assistance with PCI compliance and OUTRAGEOUS monthly fees even when you haven’t used their service!!!!

GBElavon Stealed $6000 from me Elavon Stole $6000 from me. I already file a complaint with FTC. Unfortunately they don’t investigate individual case. We should unite together to file complaints to FTC and file a classified law suit. There is already a law suit against Elavon on PCI noncompliance fee. GBGood Luck trying to cancel Elavon! We canceled our service with Elavon in November 2021, but they did not stop charging us until July 2023. They said we canceled PCI Compliance, but not our service. Does that make sense? We have contacted them multiple times, only to be told that a supervisor would call us back and guess what, that has not happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
