Insanely terrible Insanely terrible, only gave 2 because I got 2 out of 9 records that I actually like. My last order I ordered in august and it didn’t come until October. After weeks of emailing them to cancel I finally threatened to open a dispute in BBB and they gave me a full refund. I didn’t read reviews first and I was swept in by their deceptive marketing. No you won’t get P!ATD like they put in their ads, you’ll get country music from a band with 10,000 listeners on Spotify after you put no country.

Customer service is non existent, monthly selections straight out of a bargain bin and when asked to actually send music I like was told we are a music discovery service. If that isn't bad enough no refund policy so once they get your money your ruined. The records are so bad I tried bring ten months of records (30) to the local pawn shops and couldn't get a $1 a record. Buyer please beware

Be leary Don't subscribe. It's expensive and takes forever to get your order unless you choose expedited shipping. It's all underground artists. If this is what you want then okay. However they give you a very limited selection of artists you have never heard of. They have a one page website and tell you to use spotify to tailor interests, but I never got that.

Not worth it at all The "curated" records are mostly garbage. You can only cancel by phone and the customer service representative takes you through a 20 minute rigamarole before you can cancel. Also, any unused credits are unavailable for use after you cancel but you you can't place multiple orders at a time, so if you miss a month, you basically don't get the records you paid for.

Waste of money and customer service sucks My daughter was very excited to get this subscription for Christmas...until we constantly had to contact customer service to see where our monthly order was. It takes a month to get a reply, and the empty promises that were made never happened. Save your money and go with a different record subscription!
