Absolute scam at best Absolute scam at best. They are over 3 months behind on shipping the vinyls. They now owe me two orders. Numerous follow up attempts to customer service who just say "we are sorry and will look into this". DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE PAID REVEIWS THIS ENTIRE OPERATION IS A JOKE THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Do not subscribe, Do not even Gift! Received a 3 month Gift subscription. Thought it was weird they needed a credit card to receive a gift, READ THE FINE PRINT!! Unless you Cancel before your subscription renews, they automatically start charging monthly. I was charged twice before even receiving my 3rd pack of records!!! No email, no notice about 'Gift Subscription' running out. Only received store credit, no refund. Unethical business practices if you ask me. Also, I tried to curate my profile the best I could, writing in bands, genres, linked Spotify, AND Discogs and I think I've only enjoyed like 3/9 records I received. Sounds like a great idea, but it's not.

Waste of money with do many other… Waste of money with do many other record subscriptions out there. Customer service is non existent, monthly selections straight out of a bargain bin and when asked to actually send music I like was told we are a music discovery service. If that isn't bad enough no refund policy so once they get your money your ruined. The records are so bad I tried bring ten months of records (30) to the local pawn shops and couldn't get a $1 a record. Buyer please beware

Ugh. Everything they sent me sucked. I didn't want it to contaminate my record collection. It was like getting deadstock of bands that never made it for a reason, plus one record based (poorly) on your actual tastes. They don't ask for feedback, so you can't encourage them in a different direction. Customer Service when cancelling was easy to deal with.

Waste of money and customer service sucks My daughter was very excited to get this subscription for Christmas...until we constantly had to contact customer service to see where our monthly order was. It takes a month to get a reply, and the empty promises that were made never happened. Save your money and go with a different record subscription!
