Missing records in order. Bad customer service. Albums received were odd and nothing I play more than once. 2nd mailing showed up damaged with only 1 record in it but 3 were ordered. I immediately reached out and sent pictures and I'm told when you order next month and pay for shipping separately we will send you the 2 missing records. I paid and expect to receive these records asap. Several messages later I cancelled my subscription. No refund, no records. It's a scam. Steer clear.

Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. After filling out the artists and genres I like in detail and including access to my Spotify I was sent 3 albums that weren’t remotely related to anything I said I enjoyed or listened to. After receiving my shipment I tried to cancel my subscription by calling. Nobody answered so they sent me an email to address my concerns. I emailed back to say I wanted to cancel my subscription and after sending multiple emails they still have not replied. Since then I have been charged for two more months and have yet to receive my shipment from the first charge. Their entire service feels like one big scam. You are much better off shopping your local record stores or using discogs to get something you actually want.

Insanely terrible Insanely terrible, only gave 2 because I got 2 out of 9 records that I actually like. My last order I ordered in august and it didn’t come until October. After weeks of emailing them to cancel I finally threatened to open a dispute in BBB and they gave me a full refund. I didn’t read reviews first and I was swept in by their deceptive marketing. No you won’t get P!ATD like they put in their ads, you’ll get country music from a band with 10,000 listeners on Spotify after you put no country.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. Claims to link to your Spotify but then only has unrelated artists. I'm 3 months in and haven't received a single vinyl let alone 3 per month. No cancellation option besides calling. No answer. Just awful all around. Sh!t music selection. Sh!t product. Sh!t policies.

If it sounds too good to be true If it sounds too good to be true, it is. This is easily the worst vinyl subscription service. The whole premise is a straight lie. No integrity, no creativity, no worry. They send what they want and make up some half ass rain for what they sent. You can't return or exchange, either. It's like the reverse of city trash services. They bring you the trash instead of taking it and it's yours forever instead of forgotten about
