Poor communication Poor communication. It took me three months to prove I paid for my taxes to be completed. They failed to let me know the extension deadline. Really poor service overall. Oh and did I mention they collected $1800 and never filed my taxes. I highly recommend against hiring this service. Save money and get your taxes completed by going elsewhere.
