Don’t recommend, they’ll waste your money After using turbo tax for a few years I reached out to Halon Tax expecting skilled service. Unfortunately my tax forms were not filled out correctly, information was left out, and I had to hire a different accountant to take care of the mess. Not only I had lots of work to re-do but I wasted all my money by using this company. Do not recommend - you’re better off by using turbo tax.

I have used a lot of Accounting firms… I have used a lot of Accounting firms throughout the years and I find Halon Tax to be an example of what the profession should be. Most of my colleagues have switched to Halon Tax. The portal is very easy to use to import documents, ask a question, and in receiving monthly statements. I have been with them for over 5 years and will not be going anywhere.

Fast, reliable, and going the extra mile I love these guys! They turnaround my work really quickly, and make themselves available for conversations (even during tax season, though I avoid that as much as I can ;) . During the COVID changes, they put out webinars immediately to help me understand the CARES act so I knew how to proceed with my business. Halon is perfect for consulting and… Halon is perfect for consulting and filing for small businesses. The webinars they offer are extremley helpful. They worked wonders for my first year in business, as I thought I'd owe a good deal in taxes actually ended up having a large return. Sometimes its difficult to get questions answered in a timley manner, but when they are focused on you, the service and insight is worth the wait!
