So much easier to deal with than the IRS! That sounds like a back-handed comment—anyone is easier to deal with than the IRS--but it's actually what I appreciated most about W Tax Group. Even routine communication with the IRS can be confusing, frustrating and stressful, all the more so when there saying you owe them money. W Tax Group took care of all that, and did so in a professional and efficient manner. Now my tax issues are settled and I can live my life. Very satisfied.

Started out good was getting call backs… Started out good was getting call backs and e-mails very quick.. then after committing and starting to make payments communication broke down .. wasn't getting call backs nor e-mail replies.(many) Was told one price before we started then price jumped up almost 1,000, was also told I could not clam shipping cost only to find out later after talking to another tax group that I could. I reported this to him and he had to ask the attorney only to say "yes we could have but its to late now but good to know for the future" (over 2k in shipping cost lossed) He should know this as thats what i was paying so much for & made me feel like i was at h&r block with someone that knew very little about the tax process & reading from a list. Very unhappy with the process but got the job done very sloppy. A few weeks after all was done & started the payment process with the irs they came back with a 3k larger number then they gave me to start and there was nothing the w-tax group would do without charging me more to make adjustments. now my 1.5 year payment program is a 4 year program. Because of this I did not get my 2017 taxes done thru the W-group and will not recommend them to my family or friends.

I was never informed that there is a… I was never informed that there is a 10yr statute of limitation on back federal taxes. My dept was 14yrs old and non collectible but you took my money anyway I feel cheated. I was cheated

I feel that there were questions that… I feel that there were questions that should have been asked that would have saved me the fee that I paid them. I feel like I was cheated.
