Changing money in the USA is more difficult than I thought The fact that it is very difficult to exchange foreign currency in the USA was new to me. I expected to be able to simply walk around and find easily a place just like in Bali, Cambodia or Thailand....eventually I was introduced to your business. The lady was very nice. She explained everything and we were in business swiftly. The only negative experience was the actual venue. It was very dirty and completely messy. Not sure if she just moved in or if she doesn't care. I didn't feel comfortable exchanging money with such surroundings. Since I had no real choice I accepted it. For America I thought the office could be in a better shape.

Awesome Service Questions that I had were answered, issues arose and I was contacted and things were handled professionally and very smooth.

I wanted to have cash for a upcoming… I wanted to have cash for a upcoming trip and I was ae to get the money I needed in 24 hours.

Good experience Company did not communicate with me at all. No confirmation email. Waited three days for shipping confirmation after funds were deducted from our account. Had to call to get answers. Shipping/delivery company also requires a telephone call to remedy conflicting email updates.

Simple and efficient It was simple, fast with plenty of agents quickly assisting with each facet of our `transaction. Will defintely use them again!
