My Subpar, Negative Store Experience The entire atmosphere and experience at your Lad Vegas location was SUBPAR! The lady who handled the currency exchange was not the most pleasant person at all! She was very unfriendly and her communication skills and overall demeanor: very serious. She noticed my arrival at the store, yet, she didn’t greet me, nor did she acknowledge my presence by saying: “Hello. Welcome.’I will be right with you in just a moment, please. Thank you.” (whether she might have been helping the other customer waiting at the lobby, or not… It was not a reason for her to have dismissed me out of turn. Also, I was never informed, nor explained beforehand about transaction fees they YOUR company deducted from my currency exchange (over 10%!)
