The people who worked with me are… The people who worked with me are professional and courteous. The one problem is that with NewDay the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Going through this process I'm still receiving mail trying to get me to refi with them. For me at least, this is an irritant and a waste of my time.

They need to be honest and say they only care for some Veterans.

I just closed on first cash out… I just closed on first cash out refinance! Brandon is awesome and helped me every step of the way! I reached out to him in June 2023 to get started. I had zero confidence in my ability to be able to qualify for the refi but he did! He had enough confidence that he checked on me quarterly to make sure I stayed focused!
