I gave Bank5 a high rating because I… I gave Bank5 a high rating because I could always get a real person on the phone, they were always responsive and had answers. I had the ability to go online and check on my accounts and investments. They consistently sent me updates about upcoming dates such as date of maturity for CD's, growth 'To Date' etc.

People were very helpful and knowledgeable. Fast responses The customer service people were very helpful. I used video chat, phone calls I believe, and online chat. All were quick and helpful. The process itself had some glitches. That is the reason I had to contact the customer help center. From there on things went fairly smoothly
