GBDM them on Twitter or Instagram After reading some reviews here on trustpilot, I saw people having great success with getting fast and easy customer service by messaging BankMobile on Twitter (X). I did just that and the admin named Mike helped me within 30 minutes! Thank you so much Mike from Twitter!!

GBTurned into a better experience I recently moved and wanted to check my BankMobile account because I wasn't sure if I had to change the address on the site or if I could change it via my college's webpage. I accidentally locked myself out of my account and called their customer service line, and it did nothing for me I was on hold for a good 20ish minutes until I got hung up on for absolutely no reason. Edit: I saw that other people were getting help on Twitter which was much faster and more helpful. Thank you Cathy.

GBMike & Team 5 STARS Mike and the rest of the team were fantastic. I couldn’t remember my PIN number, they couldn’t reset that, which is okay but they reset my account about 5 different times and were so polite! They were timely, and definitely did their best. I wouldn’t recommend calling because I’m sure they’re incredibly busy in the call center, but I would try instagram or other social media. They aerie very fast.
