They are totally irresponsible when… They are totally irresponsible when comes to a claim. They hold your money up for months and months and your house will never get fixed.they treat you like you renting rather than a home owner. They have my insurance money that I pay over $3,000 a year for and my house is tore up from a tornado way back in April. I am talking to an attorney. He told me, that company is nothing , but a scam.we plan to sue. They said they will contact me, but as of today they have not tried to reach out to me. Just another one of their lies to make theirs elf look to others that they are good Ole guys. People can see through your phoney lies.

5 stars Hi, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences with Alexis Torres for my mother reverse mortgage loan. Alexis and his team did a wonderful job to process our loan. He has great knowledge about the loan processes and understood our problems. He provided alternate solutions for us to meet each requirement. The entire process was smooth, and Alexis communicated with us at every step with emails and phone calls.
