GBTerrible treatment Terrible treatment. I'm current on my card. Never late. I got my card canceled last month. Reason? They periodically review credit and said I had delinquent balances. That is a lie. I'm not late on anything. Bunch of crooks imo. Never had this happen before. Beware! Crooked company

GBKudos to Velle and the Cornell First Tech location I have had a wonderful experience all the way around with everything I’ve ever had to do with my banking! A special thank you to Velle who works at the Cornell Branch! She is always so sweet and seems happy to help me! I’ve never felt so cared about with a bank/ credit union and I really put my TRUST in her and the whole team there! GBThe whole experience was great The whole experience was great. I had to consolidate some debt and the whole process was swift and smooth. I was hesitant at first, since I’ve never heard of the company before, but the rate was great in comparison- fixed and one up front fee. I even got a welcome call in case I had any questions.

DKTerrible Service, unwilling to correct mistakes First Tech was send a $97 charge to collections and blocked banking access to my account with $15,000 on the savings account. When asked to reopen it they send me to pay to a collection company and when I did that I was informed that they couldn't open it until next month. Back on call with First Tech, they agreed to open the account if I let them transfer $97 from my savings account, suggesting the I cancel the transaction with the collections company they directed me to. After dropping the call on me. The finally confirmed that they would lift the restrictions, but that it would take 3-6 business days. They were unwilling to escalate or prioritize this in any way. Take your money elsewhere, you never know when they will try to block all access to your accounts and then refuse to re-enable it in a timely fashion. This took over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with First Tech, calling from Denmark at $1.60 per minute - most of it listening to hold music.
