GBDoesn’t even deserve a one star AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Doesn’t even deserve a one star, avoid at all costs!! Had my account blocked in June last year, been passed around constantly, chat is just bots saying the same rubbish. I escalated it myself to the ombudsman, I then received an email six months later saying if I wasn’t happy with cash app to report to them but only could do it six months within the time frame ( they purposely held off sending this email so it was out of the time frame) little did they know I’d already done it. Discussions with ombudsman’s for a few months back and forth, told to release my funds and pay compensation and they had 4 weeks from review to do so, Still no money. Keep sending the same email ‘ we are working with the ombudsman’ even though the case has been escalated and they’ve been told exactly what to do. The four weeks have now passed so it’s been reported further to the ombudsman to get my funds. The whole place is absolute joke and I wouldn’t ever ever use them again! I wouldn’t mind but I have an amount in there that I did need and had to source alternative funds and yet they still don’t care. Customer services are rude and quite frankly disgusting. Avoid!!!

GBGreat Experience … I have had nothing but positive experiences with CashApp. I greatly appreciate the new feature that allows you to borrow from CashApp. It’s a Blessing. Also CashApp really has grown. There are other amenities as well.

GBCash App sucks Cash App sucks! I accepted a user study through uTest to check and see if there were any errors with the Cash App transaction. After I signed an NDA, I was taken to an extensive, long list that did not include my credit union. My credit union was located on a spreadsheet, but I was told not to participate. I called Cash App to REMOVE my debit card, but they keep telling me I have to be verified. I already verified the Cash App account on 4/27/24 at 1:36am. I tried to remove my debit card and email from Cash App, and I received an email stating that I was successful. I do not trust uTest or Cash App, and will contact my credit union Monday to cancel my debit card. UPDATE: Cash App gave me a link that I cannot use because I deleted the app on my phone. My only choice? To call the 800 number, and speak to a representative from another country that does not understand me. How about an email address where someone who speaks and understands English can help me? Next step is the BBB and Illinois Attorney General for formal complaints.

GBi was expecting a grant and because… i was expecting a grant and because that was the most money that was ever deposited on my account they declined the payment and returned it ! instead of just verifying with me they decided to return the funds ! Not recommended and their response was to protect my account you tell me something different just now stating to keep the app safe wow whatever

GBCashapp is so full of crap i paiis for… Cashapp is so full of crap i paiis for gas on the 18 of April 150.91 the merchant got paid on that date on the 20th cashapp takes another 150 oit my account after bills everything all i had certain amount of funds saved i call cashapp nd the merchant the merchant swears it’s cashapp not them and woodys smokehouse in centerville tx was absolutely correct it was cash app that took my money as a hold two days! I call go through their process was told they need a letter from merchant to expedite the hold feeling defeated call merchant back they did it they gave me a letter a accounting showing they where did cashapp honor there agreement?? No still making me wait the 7 days! Everything i had planned with my family ruined because of this crap basically charged me twice! Lost time and money!
