Excellent work by Jay Arnold at NBKC Jay Arnold has been extraordinary from start to finish. We closed on time as Jay promised. First of all – the communication was excellent. Jay was available at all times when we had a question, including non-business hours. And he always responded within minutes. Second, and most important – everything was exactly as he made us expect. There were zero surprises and this made us feel confident at all steps during the process. Third, we had a feeling that Jay cares. When he gave us a choice, he explained everything in small detail, described benefits and disadvantages of every possible scenario and outlined the next steps. Obviously, he can’t give financial advice, but he gave us more than sufficient information in order to make an informed decision at each step. We really appreciate Jay’s excellent work, efforts as well as his patience dealing with us as first-time home buyers. We will definitely reach out to Jay for our future financing needs.
