Smooth process and great rates! I received an unsolicited offer from Penfed and almost discarded it. Instead I opened it and was pleasantly surprised by the rate on the credit card. I have good but not perfect credit. I applied and the process went very smoothly. I received my decision in a timely manner and was so pleased that I'm moving most of MT banking to PenFen.

They offer several options to ensure the repayment is within your comfortable budget. Even with the crazy interest rates, PenFed tries to be reasonable. Lastly, on a personal note, I wish to thank PenFed for being there when I was medically retired from the military, PenFed was there to graciously supply us a grant to help us purchase our home. Without PenFed, we would have otherwise not been able to move forward with the home purchase. For that alone I will remain a life long customer. Very helpful Credit Union and people… Very helpful Credit Union and people can apply on line and get approved and don’t have to speak to a Customer Service rep, they are excellent. But you can do it on your own.

Auto Loan Refi I wanted to lower my auto loan rate and looked online. I found a whole bunch of services that represent a whole bunch of lenders. They all wanted documents up front before giving out a rate. Who does that. I contacted Pen Fed, and with just a 5 min conversation I was given a rate quote (that was lower than elsewhere) and moving forward was super easy and pleasant. I already uploaded the 1 document they needed and I will be getting the loan file in a day or two, and that's it.
