He went over and clearly explained the process of each step for obtaining life insurance. He was more than friendly with helping answering any questions that I had. The whole process was very quick and I was so pleased to be informed that I had been approved.

Awful and Unsecure Online Service "Sorry, we're having some technical difficulties. Please contact us at 1-888-984-3393" That should be their slogan because that's the message the comes up every time I try to access their web site (over 2 weeks now). They've lost my online application for life insurance twice. The fact that they save the applications with tokens instead of an actual backend database via a username/password is absurd and unsecure. I'm a web developer... and their system is one I would expect to find literally 20+ years ago. I'll look elsewhere for life insurance.

Plus, the approval part was extremely fast, which is great. And, the communication was clear and responsive. Plus, I loved being able to rate my case worker and possibly reward them with a gift card; it shoes you value your employees, which means a lot to me.
