GBAwful and Unsecure Online Service "Sorry, we're having some technical difficulties. Please contact us at 1-888-984-3393" That should be their slogan because that's the message the comes up every time I try to access their web site (over 2 weeks now). They've lost my online application for life insurance twice. The fact that they save the applications with tokens instead of an actual backend database via a username/password is absurd and unsecure. I'm a web developer... and their system is one I would expect to find literally 20+ years ago. I'll look elsewhere for life insurance.

GBI was very pleased with my experience… I was very pleased with my experience with obtaining life insurance for my family with Big Lou Term Provider. My new Agent Mike Paulzak was just amazing! He went over and clearly explained the process of each step for obtaining life insurance. He was more than friendly with helping answering any questions that I had. The whole process was very quick and I was so pleased to be informed that I had been approved.

GBNew life insurance policy Acceptance took longer than I was told, but not a real issue. Was not given the premium I was quoted mainly because my BMI was a bit greater than I initially thought. I am a very active 63 yo male who bikes extensively and lifts weights. Very active life style. So little disappointed there.

Anita was patient and understanding and could laugh a little when it was appropriate with my comments. I believe I'll have great life insurance and that is the reason I chose William Penn.
