I'll always be able to say, "I had the best lawyer imaginable on my side." Just be patient when you choose him as cases can take a while and he doesn't have a magic wand you also need to do the legwork and your own research. He treated me like his family as if he were my father and supported me along the road (it is a very bumpy road but trust in the due process). GBDisgusting treatment for a Deaf Customer It was extremely difficult to get my pension payout.I am deaf so I cannot phone but no-one from L&G communicated with me directly. So I received the same forms through the post four times which was very frustrating over a period of two months. I filled the 2nd forms correctly. Eventually, I asked my neighbour to speak on my behalf. Customer Services said all they just needed was a copy of my bank statement, passport and my driver's liscence which were promplty set off by 1st Class Signed for postage. I also made sure that Edith was noted as my interpreter. Lo & behold, the same fourth set of forms came though the post, two weeks after the phone call. Edith phoned again on my behalf but this lady from customer services would not speak to Edith and said that I needed to send a letter to L& G giving Edith permission to speak on my behalf.It took 20 minutes to convince her that the last call we had was supposed to record Edith on the system. Nothing was recorded. Eventually, the lady said that I would receive my payment within 15 days.This whole regamorale was stressful and their part was disgusting. It took just over two months to get my cash. O:( If I ever return to work, I would make sure that I would not accept L&G again.

GBMy over the phone interview on health…A pleasant experience with the phone interview for William Penn Ins. Co. My over the phone interview on health and life was pleasant and not hurried or rude. Anita was patient and understanding and could laugh a little when it was appropriate with my comments. I believe I'll have great life insurance and that is the reason I chose William Penn.

GBI was very pleased with my experience… I was very pleased with my experience with obtaining life insurance for my family with Big Lou Term Provider. My new Agent Mike Paulzak was just amazing! He went over and clearly explained the process of each step for obtaining life insurance. He was more than friendly with helping answering any questions that I had. The whole process was very quick and I was so pleased to be informed that I had been approved.
