GBNew life insurance policy Acceptance took longer than I was told, but not a real issue. Was not given the premium I was quoted mainly because my BMI was a bit greater than I initially thought. I am a very active 63 yo male who bikes extensively and lifts weights. Very active life style. So little disappointed there.

Anita was patient and understanding and could laugh a little when it was appropriate with my comments. I believe I'll have great life insurance and that is the reason I chose William Penn.

GBGood Rates, Excellent Customer Service Good rates. Good service. Easy to set it and forget it until it is needed. Have two policies with them. Payments are auto-drafted quarterly. So far, a life insurance policy was not used:-) One policy will expire, so it is time to cancel that policy. Very easy to cancel. No sales pressure to renew at a higher premium. Customer service is very professional and makes it easy to do business with Banner Life.

GBSmooth operations Great communication. I was especially impressed with their use of digital signature programs that allow you to not only finalize your policy but actually integrates credit card or PayPal payment. So simple. Looking forward to not having to think about this or deal with them except for once a year!

GBI was very pleased with my experience… I was very pleased with my experience with obtaining life insurance for my family with Big Lou Term Provider. My new Agent Mike Paulzak was just amazing! He went over and clearly explained the process of each step for obtaining life insurance. He was more than friendly with helping answering any questions that I had. The whole process was very quick and I was so pleased to be informed that I had been approved.
