GBExceptional service and great customer support. The service Parley Labs provided was exceptional and customer service was top notch. We had an issue with the EG25 modem module due to different revision. I inquired which rev they are stocking. They ended up sending us both revisions they have in stock to test out. We found the one that works and ship back the rev that did not work. Parley Labs even sent us a shipping label for free returning.

GB$1000 Preorder from 4/7/2021 and NO MINERS NO REFUND AS OF TODAY 2/5/2022 Preordered 2 miners and spent about $1000 in April 2021. Parley Labs wrote to every customer, in Nebra preorder batches 4/5, stating Parley Labs is cancelling all orders and will issue a refund. That email was from December of 2021. It is February of 2022. No miners, no refunds, I was told I would receive an e-check and never received it. Parley Labs is now not responding to any communications.

GBGabriel was AWESOME, ready to mine and join! Gabriel was AWESOME in answering my questions and getting me squared away with a replacement miner for the Nebra that was never manufactured and provided for me from April 2021. Got a SenseCap M1 at a great price, and also did it with zero headache. Thank you, Parley for making it right and doing the best you could in this situation for customers.

CASCAMMERS SCAMMERS! pre ordered 5 Nebra hotspots in March 2021. In October still no miners so requested a refund. It's now Feb 2022 and I haven't recieved anything but excuses and a lack of communication. A joke of a business, I hope they crash and burn they will never recieve another cent from myself and anyone I know.

GBAlex was the name of the rep that… Alex was the name of the rep that helped me out with my miner swap. Gave me his phone number and has been very professional, has responded within minutes the couple times I’ve texted him about my order. I had noticed it hadn’t shipped yet, reached out to Alex and within one hour a label was made and I had gotten an email saying it would be shipped soon. Great employee, should give him a raise, he gets stuff done.
