Flawless I couldn't get Turkish lira in my small town. The local JP Morgan/Chase branch said they only bought Turkish lira, they didn't sell it (stockpiling lira I guess). Found this company on line and the process was swift and painless. They even called me direct. Great variety of currencies denominations provided. Recommend highly.

Better Exchange Rate than our Bank After calling my Bank to check exchange rates for USD-AUD I called my Credit Union (First Entertainment), who told me they provide Currency Exchange services via Int'l Currency Express Inc. I was given their number and was able to get a better rate and free shipping to my Credit Union from Beverly Hills to Burbank in 2-days. The process was seamless and we'll probably use them again for future USD-AUD & AUD-USD currency exchanges.

Company delayed starting the processing… Company delayed starting the processing of my order for about 4 - 5 days, then they upgraded the shipping so that it did not actually arrive late. I was supposed to get a "partner discount" of some sort due to them being partnered with Redstone Federal Credit union, but the info on how to use that was inaccurate. A representative told me that he would put his card in my order and then I could call him for accurate info, and that he would e-mail me the info. He did not e-mail, and there was no card in the currency order when it arrived.

This company has been absolutely…HORRIBLE This company has been absolutely horrible it has cost me so much time stress and tears. I would give it negative a millions stars if I could but unfortunately I have to select at least one. I had to go to store and even after my friend ( the sender ) called them, they still didn’t clear it on my end. Then this company had the nuts to say that I took at the money 10 days later. WHICH I DID NOT! So they also steal and compulsively lie. When I called this customer “ support” number they also stated that I received the money that I have been waiting on. I told them I NEVER received it!!! I then asked where did I receive this money? What is the confirmation number ? They said that they do not provide confirmation numbers or receipts which just goes to show how much they lie and how much their lies don’t even make sense. I advise that everyone just stick to money gram and western union because these people will steal from you.
