Highly recommend I've used International Currency Express for many years now. They've always been helpful and have even expedited shipments for me at the last minute. I've sent friends to them as well. They're trustworthy and reliable.

Awful customer service Purchasing foreign currency online requiered more steps after the order was placed online. I’ve used different services in the past that didn’t require addition steps. And the extra steps required downloading their software of preference for secure emails. The customer service was rude, condescending and dismissive. In addition the emails I received had many spelling and grammar errors. Which doesn’t inspire confidence in the company handling your money. If you don’t care enough to write a professional email why would I think you would care about the details of my transaction? After I requested the order by cancelled I received a confirmation email that “because my information couldn’t be verified, my request had been denied” not that I cancelled the transaction because it is much easier to get my cash from an atm or a different service. It seemed both childish and spiteful. I travel internationally at least once a month and I will never even consider using this service again.

Company delayed starting the processing… Company delayed starting the processing of my order for about 4 - 5 days, then they upgraded the shipping so that it did not actually arrive late. I was supposed to get a "partner discount" of some sort due to them being partnered with Redstone Federal Credit union, but the info on how to use that was inaccurate. A representative told me that he would put his card in my order and then I could call him for accurate info, and that he would e-mail me the info. He did not e-mail, and there was no card in the currency order when it arrived.

This company has been absolutely…HORRIBLE This company has been absolutely horrible it has cost me so much time stress and tears. I would give it negative a millions stars if I could but unfortunately I have to select at least one. I had to go to store and even after my friend ( the sender ) called them, they still didn’t clear it on my end. Then this company had the nuts to say that I took at the money 10 days later. WHICH I DID NOT! So they also steal and compulsively lie. When I called this customer “ support” number they also stated that I received the money that I have been waiting on. I told them I NEVER received it!!! I then asked where did I receive this money? What is the confirmation number ? They said that they do not provide confirmation numbers or receipts which just goes to show how much they lie and how much their lies don’t even make sense. I advise that everyone just stick to money gram and western union because these people will steal from you.

The experience was fine except for… The experience was fine except for fedex delivery. Inept driver, my husband was home in the garage, the driver made no attempt to try to deliver the currency and left without leaving a notification. Two days waiting at home. Please consider UPS. Otherwise, fine service.
