GBBetter Exchange Rate than our Bank After calling my Bank to check exchange rates for USD-AUD I called my Credit Union (First Entertainment), who told me they provide Currency Exchange services via Int'l Currency Express Inc. I was given their number and was able to get a better rate and free shipping to my Credit Union from Beverly Hills to Burbank in 2-days. The process was seamless and we'll probably use them again for future USD-AUD & AUD-USD currency exchanges.

COAwful customer service Purchasing foreign currency online requiered more steps after the order was placed online. I’ve used different services in the past that didn’t require addition steps. And the extra steps required downloading their software of preference for secure emails. The customer service was rude, condescending and dismissive. In addition the emails I received had many spelling and grammar errors. Which doesn’t inspire confidence in the company handling your money. If you don’t care enough to write a professional email why would I think you would care about the details of my transaction? After I requested the order by cancelled I received a confirmation email that “because my information couldn’t be verified, my request had been denied” not that I cancelled the transaction because it is much easier to get my cash from an atm or a different service. It seemed both childish and spiteful. I travel internationally at least once a month and I will never even consider using this service again.

GBThis company has been absolutely…HORRIBLE This company has been absolutely horrible it has cost me so much time stress and tears. I would give it negative a millions stars if I could but unfortunately I have to select at least one. I had to go to store and even after my friend ( the sender ) called them, they still didn’t clear it on my end. Then this company had the nuts to say that I took at the money 10 days later. WHICH I DID NOT! So they also steal and compulsively lie. When I called this customer “ support” number they also stated that I received the money that I have been waiting on. I told them I NEVER received it!!! I then asked where did I receive this money? What is the confirmation number ? They said that they do not provide confirmation numbers or receipts which just goes to show how much they lie and how much their lies don’t even make sense. I advise that everyone just stick to money gram and western union because these people will steal from you.

JPfast easy and secure and best rate and nice staff fast easy and secure. Courteous staff, Liz, and also asks what domination of the currency I want. Sending me shipping notification. I first ordered, and cancelled because I was asked to fill a form. Now I know this company provides safe and fast and best exchange rate and have very supportive staff. Will always use them now.

I can't name another company so committed to insuring that I was kept informed about the processing of my order!
