Company delayed starting the processing… Company delayed starting the processing of my order for about 4 - 5 days, then they upgraded the shipping so that it did not actually arrive late. I was supposed to get a "partner discount" of some sort due to them being partnered with Redstone Federal Credit union, but the info on how to use that was inaccurate. A representative told me that he would put his card in my order and then I could call him for accurate info, and that he would e-mail me the info. He did not e-mail, and there was no card in the currency order when it arrived.

Inept driver, my husband was home in the garage, the driver made no attempt to try to deliver the currency and left without leaving a notification. Two days waiting at home. Please consider UPS. Otherwise, fine service.

This is a very efficient operation This is a very efficient operation. It was easy to convert dollars to decide how much to order of my currencies and the money came within a day or two. My only slight reservation was that delivery requires a signature so you have to be home. It comes USPS not Fedex so I wasnt sure when they would make another delivery attempt though there is a tracking number. In the end I was at home. I definitely will use them again.

Super fast Shipping and very reasonable… Super fast Shipping and very reasonable rates. Came out cheaper than from my bank. Customer service before purchase was excellent and responsive. They did all me before shipping for security purposes, but since my order was not very big, I did not have to give my social, like others wanted. Will use again.
