Have been with Excite for a couple of… Have been with Excite for a couple of months now, am still getting use to you web site . Is very different from what I am use too But getting there, is very hard to understand where to find things and I usually end up hitting what I don't know and end up going off my account and end having to long in again. Your Employees are wonderful and helpful but there always short handed and not spend enough time or are rushing things. In their defense I am 82 years old and things take a little longer to get there.

We completed my auto loan in a couple of days. I just hope that for next time, I can sign everything online since I live all the way in Alameda County.
