Reported Account as delinquent when their payment portal was not working I would negative stars if it was possible here. Blockfi payment portal went down and was not available for whole of May/June2023 and then suddenly i get my account reported late. How would i be able to make payment when their payment portal is not working and the customer care number is not working. This has hurt my credit score and disputing with credit bureaus is a nightmare and has not fixed anything. I just get a template report back.

Great first card! Deserve is a great credit card for International Students that does not have a credit score. Deserve Pro has amazing cash back for its target customers, compared to its competitors. The application and the website can be improved, not the best UI/UX. However, it gets the job done. This should be your first card, if you are new to credit cards in the U.S.!

Dishonest company Dishonest company. They partnered with BlockFi to issue credit cards. When Blockfi went under, they closed many people's credit cards - even if they paid bills/paid off card every month. They gave fraudulent reasons for account closure.

Mobile App Neglected By Deserve I've been having a decent experience with Deserve, paying my bills on time, however the app on the Google Play store hasn't been updated for almost a year. People worry about security and when banking apps are updated on a frequent bases it's to make sure customers see the company is in there best interest. Improve your mobile app, respect your user base that has issues with it, it has issues.

I need to access my account but I never… I need to access my account but I never get the verification code they send and nobody answers customer support emails. The phone number for customer support does not even connect. I used to be able to log in with email but apparenty that feature is gone. Deserve always disappoints me
