Varo for the win! This is the bank I’ve been looking for. I have never been a big fan of financial institutions and their business practices, but Varo bank has been forward thinking with a streamlined approach and they serve my purposes very well. Congrats to the Varo team..

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service, can't speak to a live agent to resolve an issue with them suspended my account. Going on 2 weeks now. No one will help me with this issue. I have no money and can't pay any bills. This is ridiculous

Varo has been great Varo has been great! It's a"REAL," Bank that offers a "REAL," Checking/Savings Account, unlike what other consumers believe. Do your research! It offers online banking at it's finest, in my opinion! Give it a try. I believe the fact that you can load money into it most just believe that it's a pre-paid card. It is not. That is just one of the features that is available. 😊

This a sorry ass bank! This a sorry ass bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY. I made a mobile deposit of $43.80 then they closed my account for no reason, with no warning and kept my deposit!!

Completely unhelpful Received a debit card in the mail that I did not apply for. There is no way to contact customer service other than email. I tried calling several times only to constantly be dealing with an automated menu with unhelpful options and computer automated explanations. There is no phone number on the back of the debit card. This bank seems anything but legit.
