The worst for applying ffor a home… The worst for applying ffor a home loan. Don't waste your time with these guys, go to a real bank. An average mortgage company takes 30 days or less, they couldn't get it done in 45. That caused all kinds of problems with our home purchase. Waste of time.

Golden 1 customer service Literally called bc my card was declined and nobody informed me that my card was declined or CLOSED my account was closed because of a 40$- fee i had to pay off which was fine but still what the f--k? Nobody told me shi so when i called this old man on the phone was being rude and pathetic i didn't like his adittude one bit he wasn't helpful at all. The worse came to worse he lied and said i can open up reopen my account but then after i ask to reclarify so i can make sure it is still the right info that i need.. and i can still get the help that i NEED he wants to say oh no you can't reopen ur bank u have to go in and get a new card Golden 1 please get better CS!

Disloyal Golden One will deny you a loan no matter how long you have been with them or how good your credit is. They are not loyal to their customers. We never once caused them to lose money, we did have a few credit issues a long time ago because of an illness but credit is great now. Being a customer for over 30 years has no bearing. Just unbelievable, do yourself a favor and pick a Credit Union that actually cares about its own customers. Had no problem getting a loan elsewhere.

Great People / Website Updates I have had nothing be great experiences with the branch's and customer service calls I had with them. The drawbacks I have with them is the mobile banking system being very outdated. the website is great but when you get to mobile banking it is very clunky.
